YouTube and Adsense Problems

Hi all,

If some of you read my previous blog regarding the UFO caught on camera then you will see the link to the YouTube footage "UFO caught on camera"
When I captured the footage I uploaded it to YouTube, and was my first upload video.
I knew nothing about Adsense or earning money from the video at that point.
Adsense by the way if you don't know, is a company that installs advertisements on your videos on YouTube or on your website, even on these blogs! And if you apply or are invited by YouTube like I was to apply for revenue sharing or monetization then the company Adsense decide whether they approve or disapprove you for their ads and revenue sharing.
From what I read in terms and conditions I was on the understanding that if I applied, that Adsense would approve or disapprove my application within 4 business days.
I applied directly through YouTube and was given a partial review and given an adsense account, and youtube allowed me to monetize my videos and any future uploads.
I decided to monetize the "UFO caught on camera" upload and made a few dollars here and there every other day (or a couple of quid if ya like), I also decided to re-upload the video several times but targeted at different countries, such as France, Germany, Japan, Russia etc by using google translate in order to relay information to viewers in their native language.
Japan took a great deal of interest in the video and within 24 hours had been watched by over 100,000 people alone from Japan, maybe they had televised it on a TV show without me knowing, but I wasn't going to complain because viewing figures had gone up considerably.
Before the Japanese viewed the video, the upload had received around 25,000 views worldwide over 3 weeks.
The Japanese viewers where also clicking on adverts being shown on my video in large numbers and therefore the revenue also shot up, to almost £600 within a day or two.
Shortly after initially uploading the video, I decided to build a new website and submitted that to adsense, not knowing that an incomplete website would potentially ruin my adsense application.
I also submitted my blogs, because you can even allow adsense to advertise on your blogs.
Now even my blogger account is new and does not have a great deal of content right now, and again not knowing that having a small amount of content or blogs etc on your blogger can potentially ruin your adsense application!
A few days ago I started to have problems with using my adsense account, and could not figure out why I couldn't gain access to my stats, earnings etc.  The email I received from adsense simply stated that my application had been disapproved and I would need to re-submit my application.  It had been disapproved due to "Insufficient Content"
The email wasn't telling me "what" had insufficient content.
I had to make the assumption that it was the partially built website that was causing the problem, so deleted the URL and submitted my blogger address instead.  I clicked send and re-submitted the application.  Within an hour or so, I had control over my adsense account again and thought I had sorted the problem out.
I was wrong, the next day the account had been disapproved again, due to "Insufficient Content"
The email again did not explain "what" had insufficient content!
I assumed from that point, that maybe it was the blogger account causing the problem, so deleted that from the re-submit URL box and replaced it with my youtube channel, where I initially got the invite from in the first place lol.
I submitted the form off to adsense and again within an hour or so, my adsense account was back up and running, I went to the settings and disabled the website AND the blogger, so essentially I would only be attempting to earn revenue from my youtube videos, as this was working fine until I started submitting other sites for revenue sharing.
I thought that this would eventually solve the problem to my adsense account, but I was wrong!
Within another hour the adsense account was disabled again due to "Insufficient content"!
I know it all sounds very confusing, but essentially what Id done, or thought Id done is revert the adsense account back to just earning revenue from JUST my youtube videos, which where doing quite well for both me and the ads being run by adsense.
I have now submitted it to an adsense forum for help to solve the problem, because trying to get a contact email or phone number for help is impossible!
What bothers me, is that the UFO video I uploaded to youtube, earned quite a lot of money and I'm not entirely sure if the earnings I've accrued have been lost, because essentially adsense are saying I don't provide enough stuff for people on the internet (basically because I'm just starting out, including these blogs!).
Yet adsense have had my youtube videos for their adverts for nearly a month now and only got round to looking at my application.
In essence I feel like I've been had, exploited if you like.
I read somewhere that adsense should look at your application within 4 business days, but they didn't, they looked at it after 4 weeks (20 business days) and have had (if I've lost my earnings) 4 weeks of free advertising on my video on youtube!

I'm still waiting for help from the forums, and a forum user called Peggy is trying to help me at the moment, which Peggy informs me is being shown to the adsense "pros" for them to look at, so I will update this blog as and when in order to keep you informed.

I have now "privatized" all the content I uploaded to youtube apart from 1 video which is an update and general dig or moan at youtube, adsense and some people who made some derogatory comments at me!
I will list the videos as public, once my account or problem is sorted out.

Therefore the video link on my previous blog "ufocaughtoncamera" or any other videos are not available.

Please if you read this, be wary of youtube offering to monetize your videos through adsense, since having these problems, I've discovered many other people have had bad experiences with both these companies.
If you want any further information or have anything to add to this post, please feel free to post.

Updates to follow

Thanks for reading.
